To start using the Marvion ecosystem, you must register and activate your account by choosing one of our packages:

Complete the applicable registration process on our signup page to unlock your dashboard.
Browse products available on the Marvion marketplace. The process is simple: Browse → Select → Pay → Order → Track → Receive.
FlexPay: Selected products can be purchased through available installment plans. We currently offer 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month payment plans to help you shop without financial pressure.
Watch Videos: Complete eligible video activities. If the activity requires watching the entire video, watch it from beginning to end before submitting. Skipping or improperly completing an activity may affect eligibility for its reward.
Follow/Subscribe: Some tasks require you to follow, subscribe, or engage with specified content. Follow the exact instructions attached to the task.
Product Reviews: Purchase eligible products and provide genuine reviews or feedback where required to earn bonuses.
Product Quizzes: Answer available product questions correctly according to the activity requirements. Quizzes can often be completed without having to purchase the product first.
Mystery Box: Complete qualifying activities to unlock the Mystery Box. Potential rewards include gadgets, physical products, shopping vouchers, and cashback. Bonus: If you win a physical product, you can choose to trade it for its cash equivalent.
Daily Rewards: Check your dashboard daily for available reward vouchers and promotional opportunities.
Referrals: Users can share their Marvion referral links. If a qualifying marketplace purchase is made through your link, you receive a 7% commission. Note: Referral participation is NOT compulsory for shopping.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₦20,000. To unlock weekly withdrawal access, you must make a qualifying product purchase of at least ₦10,000 (whether through FlexPay or full payment). Check your dashboard for current withdrawal windows.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Marvion platform. By creating an account or using Marvion, you agree to comply with the applicable rules.
Account Registration: Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. Each user is strictly responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.
Platform Activities: Users must complete activities according to the instructions provided. Marvion reserves the right to reject activities that are incomplete, manipulated, or do not meet the stated requirements.
Marketplace & Payments: Products, prices, availability, and delivery conditions may vary by vendor. All payments must be made strictly through authorized Marvion payment channels.
Prohibited Activities: Users must not:
- Create fraudulent or multiple duplicate accounts.
- Manipulate digital activities or use bots/automated systems to farm rewards.
- Submit false information or fake payment receipts.
- Attempt to exploit platform bugs or errors.
- Impersonate Marvion representatives or staff.
Account Suspension: Marvion may restrict or permanently suspend accounts involved in prohibited activities, fraud, or violations of platform rules without prior notice.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy explains when customers may request a refund and how these requests are processed. Not every purchase or payment is automatically refundable. Eligibility depends on the specific transaction.
Refund Requests May Apply To:
- Eligible product purchases that are fundamentally defective.
- Incorrect products delivered.
- Products damaged in transit (with proof).
- Failed orders where payment was debited but the order was not processed.
- Cancelled qualifying orders prior to shipping.
Refund Process:

- Provide your exact Order ID and Transaction Information.
- Explain the detailed reason for the request.
- Provide supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damaged goods) where required.
- Marvion reviews the request within 3-5 business days.
- An approved refund is processed according to the applicable refund procedure back to the original payment source or wallet.
